Our Process

From bare slab to glass.

A great floor is 80 percent preparation and 20 percent pour. Here is exactly what happens between your first call and the day you get the keys back.

Most residential floors take 2 to 4 days on site, weather and cure times permitting.

01

First contact and quote

A quick chat, then a site visit. We measure up, check the condition of the slab and talk through finishes that suit the space and the budget. You get a written quote with a firm number, and honest advice if epoxy is not the right answer for your slab.

  • Call, message or send the form
  • Site visit within days
  • Written quote, no pressure

02

Grind and preparation

This is where floors are won or lost. We diamond grind the slab with dust extraction, repair cracks and spalls, run moisture checks and prime to suit the concrete. No shortcuts, because everything above depends on what happens here.

  • Dust extracted diamond grinding
  • Crack and spall repair
  • Moisture testing and priming

03

Pour and cure

Base coat first, then the art. Metallic pigment is drifted by hand and never repeats. Flake is broadcast to full coverage and scraped back. Everything is locked under clear topcoats specified for your traffic, then left alone to cure hard.

  • Pigment work done by hand
  • Light foot traffic in about 24 hours
  • Vehicles after 5 to 7 days

04

Handover and care

We walk the finished floor with you, hand over a simple care guide and leave the site cleaner than we found it. Then we stay one phone call away. A floor this good should stay this good.

  • Final inspection together
  • Simple care guide included
  • Site left spotless

Step one takes five minutes.
